so many DVD players around of various makes and ages our
customers may encounter playback problems that have
nothing to do with the quality of our DVDs and we just
want to make sure that they are perfectly satisfied with
our work and our products. |
All
prices are subject to Arizona sales tax.
Event videos must be paid in full in advance.
For most other projects a 40% nonrefundable
deposit is required.
Promotional and Instructional DVDs can range from
$5,000 to $50,000, or more, depending on the
complexity of the project: location shooting,
scripting, subtitles and translation, actors,
costumes, etc. are costly additions that must be
factored into the final price tag. If your needs,
aspirations, and budget exceed the limited scope of
the packages below please give us a call to discuss
the details. |
Internet Videos: $100 per minute, 5
minutes minimum.
- The
above price includes:
Location shooting at your
company/home, video editing, export to "Real
Player", "Windows Media Player" and/or
"QuickTime" and, if necessary, uploading. If you
are interested in posting your videos on a BelleVueVideo
managed website please visit our web design pages for
pricing. We
offer up to 50% discounts for large files.)
The Low-budget Package: $800
- For
reunions, baptisms, parties, etc:
A one-hour DVD (three copies) that includes the
highlights of the event and short interviews with the
participants. Your choice of background music and up to 20
pictures in the Intro.
The Silver Package: $1,600
- For
Family History on DVD:
A
one-hour DVD (three copies) that includes a short history of the
family with your choice of background music and up to 30
pictures or other relevant documents. At our convenience, we
may include more pictures. For editing we mix two video
streams and use dissolves, zoom in and out, and other effects
necessary to highlight a certain event, place or person. We
always meet with our customers a few days prior to the
recording day to discuss the technical aspects of the interview,
to make suggestions regarding its content and location, and to
videotape one or more short tests.
- For
Weddings and other Events:
A one-hour DVD (three
copies) that includes the opening title and invitation
with music and basic event coverage, the pre-ceremony, the
cocktail hour, and the photo shoot, if any. The editing
includes dissolves only but, at our convenience, we may
apply more sophisticated transitions to highlight a person
or a scene. For high-quality video, sound is very
important and we make every effort to explore the area
where the event is to take place in order to see how to
best use our mixer and dedicated second camcorder to
record a live feed from the sound system in place at the
venue.
The Gold Package: $2,400
- For
Family History on DVD:
Two DVDs (three copies each) that include interviews with
relatives and friends. Slow motion, black and white and other
sophisticated transitions and effects are standard. The
package includes shooting at two locations that are
significant for the history of the family, anywhere in Greater
Phoenix.
- For
Weddings and other Events:
Two DVDs (three copies each) that include short
interviews with various participants to the event and, at the
end, a recap with all the highlights of the day. Your choice
of three songs. Slow motion, black and white and other
sophisticated transitions and effects are standard. The length
of the video depends on the event and the package may include shooting at two locations
anywhere in Greater Phoenix.
The Platinum Package: $3,200
- For
Family History on DVD:
Three DVDs (three copies each). These are custom made to
the specifications of the customer. The package includes
shooting at three locations that are significant for the
history of the family, anywhere in Greater Phoenix. For other
locations, if for instance some members of your family that
you would like to include in the video reside in other states,
please consult us. In principle we are willing and able to
travel.
- For
Weddings and other Events:
Three DVDs (three copies each). These are custom made to
the specifications of the customer.
For editing we use two video streams; the length of the
video depends on the event, and the package may include shooting at
three locations
anywhere in Greater Phoenix. For other locations, or for two
or three-day events, please consult us. In principle we are
willing and able to travel and/or accommodate other needs or
ideas you may have.
How-we-met-and-fell-in-love
Story: $1,200
- Twenty-minute
big-screen wedding montage to be presented to the guests:
We
provide the projection materials. Due to our busy schedule we
must meet with you at least three weeks prior to the wedding
and set aside a day for shooting at least two weeks
prior to the ceremony. These are absolute deadlines as
sometimes due to inclement weather we may have to postpone the
recording day; we must have enough time for editing the
material!
